The annoying thing that makes you panic then all of sudden its gone, then wait.... Its back again. Giving you irritating pain. Has anybody ever got cramp and what are your ways of getting rid of it?

Massage the area with your hands, rub it well and hard, and move around.

Massage the area with your hands, rub it well and hard, and move around. That works as well. One time I was in a car and I got really bad cramp down my whole leg that we had to pull over and drag me ou of the car onto the footpath where I could stretch. The pain was really bad.

Mis-reads thread title Massage the area with your hands, rub it well and hard, and move around. Just what are you talking about?
